Thank you for your interest in DIRECTV^®. To subscribe to DIRECTV, please complete the following steps:

Purchase your DSS^® equipment and arrange for installation. For information on how to obtain DSS equipment or to receive an information packet about public viewing, please call Godwin Companies, Inc. at 1-800-790-6777.

Select the programming that you wish to receive by checking the appropriate entries on the Public Viewing Order Form which is included in the information packet.

Review, complete and sign the DIRECTV Public Viewing Agreement. If ordering NFL SUNDAY TICKET^TM, also review, complete and sign the NFL SUNDAY TICKET contract. DIRECTV must receive two original executed copies of the NFL SUNDAY TICKET Contract.

Make a copy of your establishment's Fire Code Occupancy Certificate. If no Fire Code Occupancy Certificate is available supply blueprints or a letter from your fire marshall, stating the establishment's occupancy. If your establishment has seating out of sight of your televisions, you may also include the capacity of your television viewing area, or estimated viewing occupancy (EVO). This does not replace the need for the Fire Code Occupancy Certificate, which is required for activation of all occupancy tiered programming.

• Public Viewing Order Form
• Public Viewing Agreement
• NFL Sunday Ticket (if applicable)
• Copy of Fire Occupancy Certificate (if available)
• Payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, Optima or American Express

After your DSS equipment is installed, you or your installer should call 1-888-200-4388 to authorize your services. Please note that your DSS receiver must be continuously connected to a phone line to receive sports programming, and multiple receivers under the same subscription must be continuously connected to the same phone line.

Once we have received all these materials, your account will be established. Service activation will be delayed until complete paperwork is received. For services for which DIRECTV does not require advance payment, you should receive a bill within 10 days of your initial authorization.
